Let’s find the Root Source of your Potential.

Are you ready to bring your relationships to life?

Do you have a feeling that there’s something more to sex and intimacy than you’re experiencing?

Are you ready to claim the power and potential of your pelvic bowl?

Alchemize Pain to Pleasure:

Bring flourishing health to your relationships, your sex life, and your Root.

If you’re ready to access a deep sense of safety and trust in your own body, move from trauma to pleasure, and discover how you can be playful in both parenting and sex, let’s talk.

You’re in the right place if:

You live with pelvic pain, incontinence, or prolapse
You have experienced birth, gynecological, or sexual trauma
Your sex life feels lackluster or misaligned
You struggle to be the parent you want to be
Your relationship is falling flat
Or you struggle to trust yourself and your decisions

Who would you be if you felt good in your body?

You can move from pain to pleasure, from trauma to transcendence.

Whether we’re focusing on stabilizing your pelvic bowl or your relationships, when you choose to work with me you’re choosing to work on a deep level. As a Trauma Integration Coach, I provide support very differently than you would find from a either physical therapist or a mental health therapist.

I support your process by working with your neurophysiological responses, facilitating your ability to get underneath the old stories and shift from victimhood to vitality.  You’ll develop fluency in the language of your body, learn how to hold yourself in compassion, trust your process, and take agency in your life.

Testimonials

  • I have been working with Prairie for 15 months and feel so blessed and grateful. The first day we spoke I felt immediately safe, and I had been searching for a practitioner for quite some time. Prairie holds me and our sessions together with the utmost love and respect. Her loving witnessing and guidance has helped me to deepen my love for myself and unwind some deeply held patterns that were really hard to deal with.

Our continued work together gives me space to breathe, process, be held and hold myself. I feel so much more connected to myself and loving towards myself. My relationship and communication with my partner has so much more ease and flow and joy, and I have every day tools I can call on to support me in coming back to myself and navigating tough stuff.

Thank you Prairie, these words really don't cut what our work has done for me. I love you!”

  • Such high quality care is so rarely offered at such an affordable price too."

I met with Prairie virtually after a birth experience that turned out to be unexpected, although not traumatizing in and of itself. I found myself with the need to process some aspects of birthing and becoming a new parent, as well as seek advice on physically healing. Prairie’s gentle presence was exactly what I needed and could very much have felt and experienced virtually, it was a level of connection I didn’t expect over Zoom.

Over a year after giving birth I felt a need to see Prairie again without really being able to pinpoint why- I knew I’d be planning a pregnancy within a year or two and wanted to work on my c-section scar mobility and address whatever else felt alive in the moment. This time I was able to see her in person, and ultimately gained immense physical relief in my hips and an awareness of working on my scar as well. I have been unable to return, but certainly will again should I return to Missoula, but I also know from experience virtual appointments are absolutely worth it as well.

I’d highly recommend Prairie to anyone, with a wide variety of services I’m willing to bet almost anyone could benefit from her work. I do wish I had taken her postpartum class and will likely consider it in the future. For now I’m grateful for the ways she was able to help guide my post-birth healing.”

  • “Prairie is incredibly intuitive and compassionate, making her an easy person to recommend in this community. She offered care (while being attentive to keeping me and my family covid-safe) and paid close attention to ME and my experience while I navigated the postpartum experience.

I have so much gratitude for the work she is doing and how it is being done with love, curiosity and respect. Missoula is lucky to have Prairie and the expertise she offers.”

  • “Prairie is such a wonderful human. She really takes the time to recognize and value my humanness and has helped me tremendously with all my ailments and struggles.

This is what healing care should look like. I really can't say enough good things about how incredible and impactful her work is in my life. Thank you, Prairie!”

  • “After our session my period was the best it’s been in years! Thank you so much!”

  • “It’s always a bit nerve wracking to start with a new practitioner, but I felt comfortable with you from the moment our session opened. Wow, you are so talented.”
