Please tell me a bit about the support you are seeking. I support clients through: Hands-on Embodied Pelvic Care for pelvic symptoms - including but not limited to urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, chronic pain, menstrual difficulties, anorgasmia, and numbness. Somatic Coaching for individuals, with a focus on developmental trauma recovery, healing sexual trauma or difficulties, and relational dynamics and growth. I hold you with immense care, clarity, and trust in your ability to feel truly whole onto yourself. Somatic Couples Coaching for folks in both monogamous and poly dynamics. I hold training in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy in addition to somatic relationship coaching.
