Sexological Bodywork and Sex Coaching

Online sessions available

Education for the New Paradigm

Sexual health is an intrinsic part of human health.

What is Sexological Bodywork?

In Sexological Bodywork sessions, we embrace the wild wisdom of the body, work closely with the nervous system, and orient towards pleasure.

Certified Sexological Bodyworkers  provide Somatic Sex Education to support individuals, couples, and groups in learning about their bodies, their sexuality, or to work through sexual issues and concerns. I offer experiential learning opportunities that consciously access and integrate body-felt sensations. These range from profound ecstatic and erotic states to pelvic mapping in order to regain agency over your own body.

Sexological Bodywork involves a variety of instructive modalities including breathwork, vocalizing, pelvic release work, scar tissue remediation, and coaching.

I encourage you to explore more here.

We are educators.

There is immense power in knowing your body. We simply don't know what we don't know. By applying mindful presence and awareness to your own body, you can increase ease and pleasure in your life.  The intention of a Sexological Bodywork practitioner is always to create greater personal agency in the client, enabling the client to act independently and to make their own free choices through recognizing their body's needs. My goal as an educator is to create a safe container so that both your mind and your body are able to show up fully.

Outside of private sessions, I also provide ongoing learning opportunities through workshops and events.

Sexological Bodywork Takes a client-led approach.

We work together to develop your felt sense of boundaries, voice, choice, and agency. I will hold the structure of the session, but we will follow your lead once we establish an educational contract, your intention for the session, and clearly stated boundaries.

Who is Sexological Bodywork For?

Anyone  interested in having a deeper experience of their own embodied self. Sexological Bodywork is a useful tool to learn to be more present in your pleasure and to connect more deeply in your eroticism.

Anyone interested in reclaiming agency over their own body after surgery, birth, assault, or gender re-assignment. You deserve to feel good; if you have experienced physical or emotional trauma (including surgeries) or have sensations of numbness or pain in your pelvis, it's time to come home to your body.

Anyone living with anorgasmia, pain with sex, trauma responses during intimacy, or ejaculatory issues.
